Schedule of the First Few Days

Arrival Day:

Sunday, August 5th / September 2nd, 2012

The course office on the university campus is open from 8:30am to 10:00pm. Our team is expecting you here and will give you all the important information and things you need: 

• Address and key for your accommodation
• Student ID
• City map and map of the University of Bayreuth
• Dining hall card
  

Afterwards one member of our team will accompany you to your accommodation.

Please take the following items for your registration on arrival day:

• 2 passport photographs
• Proof of health insurance valid in Germany
• 4 € deposit for the dining hall card
• possibly 50 € deposit for your room key 

Monday, August 6th / September 3rd, 2012

• 11:00am: guided tour of Bayreuth
• Tour of the campus
• 7:00pm: barbecue on campus

Tuesday, August 7th / September 4th, 2012

• Official greeting and beginning of the courses
