The creation of official documents (such as participation or registration confirmations), which are used to present them to the embassy or to extend the residence permit, is subject to a fee.

Information about the registration fee
When registering for a German course for the first time, €50.00 will be charged for administrative expenses. The registration fee does not apply to follow-up courses. Registration fee is not necessary for telc exams!
