We provide your international employees and trainees / apprentices with the chance to optimise their knowledge of the German language and culture and, furthermore, to consolidate their “know how” of the German technical language needed for their profession in order to improvethe quality of their everyday working and private life. This, in turn, increases satisfaction amongst employees and, as a result, leads to long-term commitment to the company.
The lessons are held in groups or, on an individual basis, on different language levels and under the guidance of highly-qualified teachers. The time framework can be flexible and, if desired, using online tools, regardless of location.

Intercultural training
Today`s modern era is marked by globalisation and political developments which make sensitivity towards intercultural situations or specific cultures indispensable.
Our intercultural training courses should enable participants to reflect on their own cultural value system with regard to both its inter- and transcultural aspects. Parallel to this, their intercultural competence will be both trained and tested in realistic scenarios, enabling them to reflect competently on the various ways of dealing with particular situations.

Individual Lessons
In addition to regular intensive German language courses, the IIK also offers individual training from the levels A1 to C2. The aim of such training is to enable the interested party to master situations which arise in a foreign language adequately by means of tailor-made, personalized, flexible individual sessions using language which is both grammatically correct and culturally appropriate.
We charge 40 euros for one lesson (45 mins ),but will be happy to make you an individual offer.
