Examinations (telc, TestDaF)
Are you interested in taking a language test that will improve your chances on the training or job market or enable you to study at a German university? Then you are exactly right with us.
As a licensed telc and TestDaF institute, we regularly offer exam preparation courses and German exams for thetelc Deutsch B1 and B2 language exams, which are recognized primarily in the fields of education and work, as well as for thetelc Deutsch C1 Hochschule andtelc Deutsch C1 Hochschule university entrance exams. Test of German as a Foreign Language (TestDaF). You can take the German Language Test for University Admission (DSH) at the University of Bayreuth.
In addition, we also offer the frequently requested telc Deutsch A1 exam on several dates throughout the year. If the desired dates are not available, please let us know. We can also organize additional exam dates flexibly.

Telc
Telc Deutsch B2
Telc Deutsch B2 tests general German language skills at an advanced level.
At level B2, you can express yourself clearly and in detail and argue and negotiate successfully.
You have a large vocabulary in your own specialist area and on most general topics. One also has rather good knowledge of German grammar.

Telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule
Telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule tests university-related German language skills at a very advanced level.
The exam is aimed at prospective students who would like to study at a German-speaking university, who are already studying or working in an academic profession and would like to prove their German language skills.

The IIK Bayreuth is a licensed test center for telc and takes the telc B2 and telc C1 Hochschule exams on various dates throughout the year.

TestDaF
Test of German as a Foreign Language (TestDaF)
The TestDaF is suitable for all interested parties who already have a very good knowledge of German (upper level / C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
It is recognized by German universities as proof of language proficiency if you achieve at least level C1 in all parts of the test.
In our examination preparation courses one practises systematically for the four sections of the exams (reading comprehension, listening comprehension, written and oral expression) and, together with the teaching staff, develop effective methods which can be applied, in order to master the individual sections of the exam. Mock exams help one to get used to the exam procedure and, at the same time, test the language skills acquired.

The IIK is a certified test centre of the TestDaF Institute and holds examinations twice a year. Registration for the TestDaF exam takes place via the TestDaF website.

German Language Test for University Admission (DSH)
The DSH is suitable for all prospective students who already have a very good knowledge of German (upper level / C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and is accepted by many German universities.
The DSH is recognized as proof of language proficiency by the German university at which you took the exam.
In our exam preparation courses, you will systematically practise the four sections of the exams (reading comprehension and academic structures, listening comprehension, text production and oral expression) and develop effective strategies for mastering the individual exam components together with your lecturers. Mock exams familiarize you with the exam process while testing your acquired skills.
