Cancellation, rescission and termination by IIK Bayreuth e.V.<\/strong><\/p>\n

IIK Bayreuth e.V. may cancel booked courses\/events if the minimum number of participants has not been reached at the start of the course, due to force majeure or if there are other objectively justified reasons.
\nIn this case, IIK Bayreuth e.V. will make suitable alternative offers.
\nUpon request, the contractual partners\/participants will be refunded the full amount paid without deduction of processing or bank charges in the event of a course cancellation. <\/p>\n

No course fee will be charged or fees already paid will be refunded.
\nThe contractual partners\/participants have no further claims.
\nIn this case, there is in particular no entitlement to reimbursement of reservation costs for travel tickets or similar. IIK Bayreuth e.V. expressly recommends that the contractual partners\/participants take out travel cancellation insurance. <\/p>\n

Legal right of revocation in keeping with the German Civil Code (BGB)<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can cancel your contract registration within 14 days without giving reasons by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter, e-mail or telephone).
\nThe period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before conclusion of the contract.
\nThe timely submission of your declaration, e.g. by sending the revocation, is sufficient to safeguard the right of revocation.

Consequence of revocation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, IIK Bayreuth e.V. shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which IIK Bayreuth e.V. is informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
\nIIK Bayreuth e.V. shall use the same means of payment as you used for the repayment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
\nUnder no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Special information:<\/p>\n

Your right of cancellation shall terminate prematurely, if the contract is fully fulfilled by both parties in accordance with your explicit request before you have exercised the right of revocation.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

If you have requested that the service should commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay IIK Bayreuth e.V. a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform IIK Bayreuth e.V. of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
\nThe period for the return of the course materials or the compensation owed by you begins for you with the submission of your declaration of revocation. <\/p>\n

  1. Cancellation \/ cancellation period<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The declaration of any termination of the contract must be made in writing and must be in text form in order to be effective. \u00a7 126 b BGB (e.g. by letter or e-mail).<\/p>\n

    Ordinary cancellation of a course and, if applicable, of booked accommodation, shall be possible in writing up to two weeks prior to the beginning of the course (in case of certain services, also later; please refer to the respective description of services).<\/p>\n

    If written notice of termination is received no later than 14 days before the start of the event\/course, the contractual partner\/participant will be refunded the full amount paid less bank charges, a cancellation fee of \u20ac50.00 and, if applicable, a document fee of \u20ac25.00.<\/p>\n

    In case of a later cancellation, the complete course fee shall be due. The cancellation fee shall be charged for every service booked. <\/p>\n

    Special cancellation terms shall apply to booked examinations.<\/p>\n
